Invicta

INVICTA is known as a universal press capable of printing on most any substrate. A modern and innovative press designed for speed, accuracy and ease of use accommodating print widths up to 28.74”.

INVICTA is fully servo and gearless, with three servo motors for each printing unit, and sleeve technology with automatic positioning. Lombardi has equipped INVICTA with the latest technology to aid the operator to optimize results and eliminate wasted time. Some of the main features of the press are:

Electronic positioning of print sleeves, automatically finding the operative print position by means of electronic motors accurately calculating the correct position depending on the format. Our pneumatic locking system prevents reversibility of motion thus requiring no need for any mechanical adaptor after a format change.

Electronic pressures are utilized for both the print cylinder and the anilox pressures controlled by means of step motors, thus allowing a fine encoder regulation.

HI-DYNAMICS for pneumatic pressure of the doctor blade on the anilox roll for a perfect distribution of the ink.

INVICTA utilizes Quick Ink Trays. Our system enables the possibility to change the ink tray without removing the anilox, allowing for faster changeovers.
