Invicta i2

INVICTA i2 is designed for the flexible packaging market. A modern and innovative press engineered for speed, accuracy and ease of use accommodating paper width’s up to 43.3”.

IIVICTA i2 is gearless, shaftless and direct drive on the three main elements of the printing unit, the sleeve shaft, anilox shaft and drum shaft. Built with 2“ shoulders, Lombardi has ensured rigidity and stability in the print process. The press features a quick change inking system, with closed chamber doctor blades, automatic inking and automatic washing.

INVICTA i2 is equipped with a full electronic pre-register, register, and print pressure systems. This level of automation ensures the finest quality and the shortest set up times with limited waste. Each printing parameter can be saved on the recipe page.

10 motors for each printing unit provides for the highest level of automation ever.

The INVICTA i2 model 1100, with a maximum print length of 36” and print width of nearly 43“ alows for the largest surface area print for an in-line machine in it’s class. Printing with an INVICTA i2, size constraints will not be an issue for the packaging print converter.

Available web width’s are 29.52” (750 mm), 33.46“ (850 mm), and 43.3” (1100 mm).

INVICTA i2 can print plastic films for shrink and stretch applications, as well as multi substrates, aluminum, and light cartons.
